The Premise

Luna Lovers was born from a deep craving for meaningful connection — a space where women could gather honestly, vulnerably and consistently, ebbing and flowing through the seasons and tides of life together.

We harness the wisdom of the lunar cycles, weaving together astrology, embodiment and spiritual practice to create real transformation from the inside out.

We journey as a small, intimate and committed group — because profound shifts happen through devotion, not drop-ins.

The next wave runs from June to December 2026. Doors close Friday 12th June.

Circles run on Zoom across three timezones — Australia, US West Coast and UK/Europe — with recordings shared afterwards.

Two membership tier’s are available (Luna and Luminous) with free Moonbeam emails for those not in a place to commit but wanting to stay connected.

About Our Community

Luna Lovers began as a small circle of spiritual sisters gathered online during COVID.

Five years later it has become something far greater - a living, breathing community of women who have witnessed each other through heartbreaks and births, awakenings and grief, career pivots and identity metamorphoses

Women of all ages, life stages and professions call Luna Lovers home — nurses, lawyers, corporate leaders, creatives, healers and everything in between. Many describe it as a modern day coven. What they all share is a willingness to show up honestly and be met with equal devotion.

Because profound transformation doesn't happen through one-off experiences.

It happens through devotion. Through sustained support. Through being seen, over time.

I'm Kate — a Trauma-Informed Spiritual Lifestyle & Embodiment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and the woman who's been holding this community for five years.

I've walked through my own fire — healing from autoimmune disease, complex PTSD, eating disorders and chronic social anxiety. That journey taught me the most important thing I know: true healing doesn't happen in isolation. It thrives in community.

I blend somatic healing, breathwork, energy work, astrology and spiritual practice to guide women back to themselves — back to their power, their intuition and their most fully expressed life.

Luna Lovers was born from that knowing. And it remains the most alive thing I've ever created.

We gather on Zoom across two timeslots covering Australia, UK/Europe and USA timezones - so wherever you are in the world, there's a circle for you.
